Quick question: has anyone figured out the butter situation here?
Most brands I’ve bought don’t quite taste like actual butter. They melt in a weird oily way, and some even seem whipped or processed. My cuñado (a former dairy farmer from Patagonia!) told me the only way to get “real” butter is to make it yourself. So far, La Serenísima is the one that comes closest to a true butter flavor, but I’m still not convinced it’s the real deal.
Am I missing something? Any brands, stores, or even homemade tips worth trying?
