The position in which I have familiarity are Product Owner (Scrum Master) - Just below project manager in the tech space. There are a wide array of monthly salaries in the position. Very common to have 2 people working the same job and one being payed double than the other, not just because somebody is better, At telecom, salaries were between 2.700.000 and 5.5000.000 Pesos, but 4.000.000 seems like an average for the last year. Telecom/Personal Pay Wallet also kept up with inflation with monthly adjustments during the end of Mercado Libre seems similar but maybe a little higher salary. Many of her friends seem to not like ML, for reasons of bad vibes and taking advantage of the fact that, "well you are lucky to work at ML" and treat people poorly, which see said stifled innovation a bit. She might work there one day, who knows. Getting paid in USD is very rare.

I've seen her move to 3 companies in the last 1.5 years. It's been a pattern of she asks for a raise, management drags their feet. She gets a new a better job. Company then matches the offer of the new place, which is more than she requested for a raise, EVERY TIME. Every company regrets letting her go, asks if she wants to come back. The companies can pay but don't. Her talented Worker friends are also willing to offer a work for ARG discount but it seems companies are stepping over a silver dollar because they see a shiny quarter. She now works for OXXO, gets ARG holidays Bonuses and an excellent USD excellent salary. I'm proud.
