EU and USA leftists are literally retarded, and project their hatred onto others. i have been in the military and around the world to over 50 countries and i think i've met maybe 3 dudes from small-town USA who didn't like black people. that's it. but overwhelmingly when a group of people get together for a task, no one cares about skin or ethnicity, they just care about how much you contribute or f*ck-over the team
that being said, there's a ton of racism in the world, but not from regular USA or Argentina citizens; tons of Arabs and many Islamists are highly racist of black skin, universities are racist against Asians and white skin, black communists in South Africa are racist as hell and they actually slaughter whites and brag about it. and anyone who takes a weekend trip to Dubai can see just how racist and disgusting the UAE is against Ugandans, Kenyans, Filipinos, etc. - and that's their best city; imagine how Saudi Arabia is. Muslim-majority countries still have literal slavery, yet commies cry in the West about racism :/
What was idiotic about his post?
he claims BsAs is a 5/10 now, implying it has somehow gotten worse based on his named metrics. it's idiotic because it's wrong and stupid. what's different from 2 years ago? it was communist and the poverty was high and hyperinflation was in full swing, so he could get a $3 USD steak at a restaurant?
"it's cold in the winter" - uhhhh. wtf? compared to where?
people aren't friendly? well buddy, you're in a city of 13 million people, the New York City of Argentina. no sh*t people are busy and unfriendly to strangers sometimes. this is NOT the case in Cordoba and Mendoza. totally different, noticeable, and most people where i'm at don't like going to the BsAs concrete jungle.
were people more friendly 2 years ago? man that dude on twitter really is a moron.
I thought the girls were nothing to write home about and the people aren't nearly as friendly as in other parts of Latin America.
but he's claiming that NOW CABA is a 5/10 but it was much higher "before" (whenever that was), so somehow all the women became less attractive and everyone became mean. this is a very stupid thing to say; you're missing the part where he says there has been a
change and you're conflating a comparison between capital cities in LatAm, which is a fair thing to do. for instance, here are some fair observations:

and here's a criticism about the SteakBros like the moronic twitter poster in question:

The long term rentals are crazy. You either have to ask someone with a property to cosign for you or pay the entire year up front! I had to pay a whole year up front. Airbnb is not always easy to find a long term rental.
if you CHOOSE to value a year or 2 commitment over the flexibility, price, and what i consider to be freedom (yes there are downsides, but moving every 3 months is not that hard for 90% of people...they are just fat and lazy)
just book on Airbnb for a week or a month and ask to pay in Dollars for longer. if they say no, you've met the 80% of retards and can move-on until you find a good landlord. i enjoy moving; i've seen much more of BsAs by moving and running for exercise than the Uber-rides-for-3-minutes permatourists that don't like to get their white sneakers dirty
🙂
Many owners are totally flaky on Airbnb
book on Airbnb, if they're flaky you will get your money back. that's why they charge us 18% fees
I tried to ask owners to do a deal outside of Airbnb and Airbnb immediately sent me an email saying it would kick me off their platform if I broke the rules. I guess AI is helping them immediately spot when people are trying to do that.
i've gotten that email dozens of times. airbnb is too incompetent, but for sure i try to trick the algorithm and be sneaky. best to book, not message about it, then on WhatsApp or in-person discuss.
which i did for 12 months straight in 3 provinces, and it worked fine. still does, i'm sure.
If you're a foreigner you will probably have to pay 6-12 months up front. That's what I had to do before I bought my place.
and what were the savings of doing this, and the results of being in a fixed place with repairs and issues? i found Airbnb to be fantastic for 95% of my needs.
