Awesome! I was wondering how that turned out. I saw your original posts on X when you started the renovation and wondered if it finished. I saw the before pictures and amazing what you did to that. I am surprised that more properties aren't renovated. I see many listings on Zonaprop with terrible kitchens and bathrooms and spaces. Why is that Mike that people don't renovate more?

Price isn't as much as I thought it was going to be - considering someone some time ago I believe it was @fool in love - spent upwards of 1k per night at the Four Seasons executive suite.

Agree! Price doesn't seem bad at all. My parents stayed at the Four Seasons and even a small room was more than this. Looks like a great option if you're traveling with a group. Good work. Stunning!

I've done projects in many different cities/countries but nothing beats Argentina. Inflation is always very difficult to deal with especially on a large project like this.

Yes, I've done almost 100 renovations in Buenos Aires over the past 24 years. I've been buying properties in Buenos Aires since 2002. I have done several large renovation projects including the construction of a custom home. The ROI has been magnificent on larger properties. Because there is not much competition. Here is the first home that I built in Buenos Aires. It's still pumping out tremendous ROI after 20 years.

Thank you. Wow big property. I had no idea properties like this were on Airbnb. I looked at that rental calendar and it looks like occupancy is very good. I don't imagine there are any monthly HOA fees on a house so returns must be good. I see utility prices going up but at those per night fees it looks like return on investment must be very high. Wow!!!! Congratulations Mike. That is an incredible property. I just looked at the photos on X when you demolished it. I can't believe how quickly you finished it. I have to assume nothing happened since Christmas or January. When I did my renovation the entire crew took off! Good luck with it. I'm sure it will do great. Hotel prices on 5 star hotels are astronomical. I love that BBQ area on the roof. My in-laws are coming later this year. Maybe we will book it. Do you have any private chefs that can come to the house?
