I don't understand even if he felt this way why he would go out of the way to announce this. What benefit does he have from doing this? It just seems like he really doesn't think things through. A lot of people against this War.

He was parading around in the Cathedral during his campaign. It was news to us that he converted. He conveniently left that part out. If he was so proud he should have announced that during campaign.

Agree about this point with you Avocado. Why not be transparent about this issue. Probably because it would have hurt his election chances. A few days after he wins he lets all know he is Jewish. Then goes to the wailing wall to cry. Not sure if it is an act or he is really this emotional about Judaism.

I think it's safe to say he has converted and full Zionist mode. The crazy thing is the majority of Argentines are against that. Not sure what his ultimate goal is.
