Liquid Restrictions at EZE?

Does anyone know if EZE still has the 100ml liquid restriction? I assumed it did, but when I flew out of AEP a couple of days ago, they didn’t check liquids at all or seem concerned about anything over 100ml, which made me wonder. I’d just like to take some dulce de leche and a bottle of wine home 😉

Can't you just pop it into your checked in baggage? That's what I usually do when I want to bring home something like a bottle of local wine or some other local goods.

For international flights, it aplies the 100 ml restriction. But I've seen Dulce de Leche's jars left behind at screening, so not sure you can bring it as carry-on.

I used to think the rule only applied to liquids like water, etc. But years ago, I had a large tube of toothpaste confiscated. Now I don’t take anything, definitely not something as tempting as dulce de leche.

The even more strange thing is how crazy it is when you fly OUT of EZE. I will buy a bottled water and they confiscate it before getting on the plane. Makes no sense at all!
