Just saw this and it’s getting worrying. Transport companies are warning about the “disproportionate increase” in fuel prices, with diesel already above ARS 2,100 per liter. According to them, this is making operations basically unviable for small and mid-sized companies. And if transport starts to break down, it’s not just their problem, it hits the entire supply chain.
They’re already talking about immediate rate increases, which probably means higher prices across the board again. Feels like one of those domino effects: fuel goes up → transport costs rise → everything else follows.
