It would be great if the government gets rid of lots of the import taxes that they have now. I am not sure right now if the consumers will buy as people are stretched thin but good to see confidence growing. But they need to eliminate a lot of import taxes before you see more follow.

In fact, the Center for Financial Research at Torcuato Di Tella University reported that consumer confidence has grown by 33% over the last twelve months. This level of confidence is the highest recorded in the last nine years, suggesting growing optimism among Argentine consumers.

Factors driving consumer confidence​
