The eighth edition of the event will take place next weekend at the Palermo Hippodrome. What are the proposals to eat deliciously?


The eighth edition of the Carne gastronomic fair will be held at the Hipódromo de Palermo where there will be activities and fun for all ages with free admission.
The event will be on Saturday March 23 and Sunday March 24 from 12 to 00 with entry through Avenida del Libertador and Dorrego. Once again, roast meats and their different cooking methods will be the stars of this festival dedicated to the greatest icon of our culinary identity.

Those who come to the Hippodrome will find more than 30 stands and food trucks that will offer meat in all its varieties.

What can you eat at the Carne Festival?​



The public will be able to delight in ribs, entrails, empanadas, beef eyes, picaña, marucha, beef eye brow, arañitas, roast, ribs, matambres, chorizos, gizzards, achuras, pork and lamb .

Grillers will use spits, kamados, stokers, cages, smokers and conventional grills . You can also taste empanadas, minced meat, meat-based dishes, disco cuisine, wines, Rabieta beers, ice cream, churros and traditional desserts .

What activities will there be at Festival Carne?​


At the fair there will also be spaces for the little ones such as the banda plaza, educational games, plastic activities and brain games . In addition, those who visit the fair on Sunday will be able to enjoy a great day of turfing at the same time.

Carne has the support of BA Capital Gastronómica, a government program that seeks to position the City of Buenos Aires as the gastronomic capital of Latin America. In case of rain, it is rescheduled for April 1 and 2.
