I know this might be off topic although I believe the number 1 player in the world with over a million dollars of prize money lives in Argentina and is an expat from the USA or somewhere

I'm used to playing this game 20 years ago and now it's back and I want to play but I haven't done gaming for 20 years

Does anyone here plays and knows what kind of laptop I would need that I can buy in Argentina. I dont mind paying extra I know electronics are extortionally expensive here I just don't want to buy something that doesn't end up working thks

PS I am verynt technologically in advanced and know nothing about computers, laptops, online gaming etc

Age of Empire. Wow, great to see gaming is so popular now. I haven't played in a long long time. Here in Argentina you're going to probably spend a lot more on a computer vs. other places.

You won't have any problems on most laptops. Age of Empires II doesn't require any heavy duty gaming computer. Any modern gaming laptop with a dedicated GPU will run without problems. Even my friends with older computers work.

Here are the minimum requirements:

• 🧠 CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo / AMD Athlon 64x2 or equivalent
• 💾 RAM: 4 GB
• 🖥️ GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 420 / AMD HD 6850 / Intel HD Graphics 4000 or better
• 🗄️ Storage: ~30 GB free
• OS: Windows 10 64-bit

But you are probably better to get a bit nicer so you can play other games:

• 🧠 CPU: 2.4 GHz i5 or better
• 💾 RAM: 8 GB or more
• 🖥️ GPU: NVIDIA GTX 650 or better (dedicated GPU)
• OS: Windows 10/11 64-bit

Blockchain is right Barry. Go with the more updated specs and I'd recommend more RAM. You can pay much less if you go over to Paraguay to buy your computer.
