Anyone have any organized tours to recommend for Mendoza?

I'm planning for my parents to visit me and they want to visit Mendoza as they are big wine lovers. I don't know enough about Mendoza and I'm not a big wine lover like them. They don't speak Spanish so they need English speaking tours. Can anyone recommend any tours that they would be able to go on or who can help them?
