You should see tremendous growth over the next 5 years in this area. From Scalabrini Ortiz down to Gorriti to Gallo over to Santa Fe. It is a very central and easy-to-access nice residential area with public transport right there with several subway stops (Subway D Line stops at Aguero and Scalabrini Ortiz stations), a high-end shopping mall, and very easy access to neighborhoods like Recoleta and just a few minutes from Soho without being in the middle of tourist central.

I like this area I like near Parque Las Heras also and Palermo Chico. My favorite area of BA.

I love this area. It is very central Johnny. It's an easy walk to Recoleta and also to Palermo Soho for me. It feels more residential. When I rented in that building I met a lot of University students in the area. Seems like the younger going to University of Palermo like living over here. I met a few hot college students. Was nice going to the cafe down from your apartment each morning.

They told me in 2023 that this area would keep going up in value and tourists would love it and that is exactly what happened. I'm so happy. It sounds like that area keeps growing and getting more valuable.

This is wonderful part of Buenos Aires. For me one of the best. University is close by. You are central to all areas.

Wow I just saw your Airbnb listing Johnny. I see you have bookings out until February 2027. That is amazing. You did a great job with your apartment. I am seeing those rates you are charging and it's always full.
