Wow! That is great information. This site is awesome! I never tried mate before but I recently went to Montevideo for the weekend and EVERYONE drinks it there. I tried it and it's an acquired taste. The first time I didn't like it as it was too bitter but now I drink it with my local friends.

I love those floor plans! They help visualize the lay out and what the room will look like. I'm not sure why more people don't use 3d floor plans. That place looks fabulous. When will that place be ready? Do you have pricing for it you can share?
