You Didn’t Move Abroad—You Brought the Problem With You
You can move to another country… and still bring the problem with you. I’ve seen it happen over and over with expats in Buenos Aires.

Yes. It's one I humbly wrote for you and the rest of the pinheads who call themselves 'expats'.Is this an autobiography 🙂
Thank you for your service. I read it but I didn't understand it really? What is the problem you brought to Argentina?Yes. It's one I humbly wrote for you and the rest of the pinheads who call themselves 'expats'.
My strong dislike for people who cannot support their opinion with evidence. i.e., many 'expats' and most Trump supporters. What is the problem you brought to Argentina?
The issue isn’t the country.I read it but I didn't understand it really?
Well the good thing about Argentina now I guess is no one is going to "chase cheap" now. Prices are very expensive now.The issue isn’t the country.
It’s the mindset.
Here are 4 mistakes that quietly ruin expat life:
- Treating a country like a product
- Comparing everything to home
- Chasing cheap without seeing the cost
- Acting like a customer instead of a guest

That is why you have to be careful with news sources. Although I think CNN is to the left now I think Fox is too much to the right. I like to mix it up to listen to a bit of both sides. It is really difficult to trust just one source. There's no evidence in 2026, it's a post truth world, sources just spin every story depending on whether they are left wing or right wing
There was a huge outrage recently in the left wing propaganda machine about ICE "arresting" a little kid based on a picture of an ICE agent standing next to a child and holding him by the arm.
The real story? The kid's child rapist illegal immigrant father was kidnapping the kid from his mother's house and when he saw ICE he threw the kid on ground and ran. The ICE agent was helping the kid up in the picture. Story died out fast wonder why
It is kind of funny. I never like talking politics. Here in Brazil when I run into Americans that want to talk politics I just run. Many of them speak the evils of the USA and how terrible the leaders (Biden, Trump, etc) and I am like you are living in Brazil with Lula one of the worst Presidents in the world that has been in jail.i like being A political. content provider looks more like your looking to argue more than advavce the thinking and help people progress. take on a teacher rool
Sorry, no. It's impossible to argue with twits who can't provide evidence to support their opinion and rely on anecdotal evidence only which begins with "I saw...", "a friend said..." or "I read somewhere..." If the 'expats' in South America are best represented by the thinking in this forum, heaven help us all,. Now the first person to respond to this is really the one who 'likes to argue'.Some people like to argue which seems like what Jerry is doing.
PureVPN reports "There is no such thing as an unbiased news source. Every outlet reflects institutional incentives, editorial judgment, and financial pressure. The goal is not neutrality, it is verifiable, evidence-based reporting with minimal narrative distortion.I like to mix it up to listen to a bit of both sides.
OMG!!! @jbeas176 is actually capable of typing capital letters! So typing in all lowercase is actually a choice and not due to some disability.i like being A political. content provider looks more like your looking to argue more than advavce the thinking and help people progress. take on a teacher rool
That was my first thought too Tony! Every time I see a post I am thinking he is has one of those disabilities and typing by blowing into a straw.OMG!!! @jbeas176 is actually capable of typing capital letters! So typing in all lowercase is actually a choice and not due to some disability.
Well it's true that "the plural of anecdote is not evidence" but at some point a normal person might say geez that's a lot of anecdotes, maybe I'm wrong here 🙂PureVPN reports "There is no such thing as an unbiased news source. I have many clients like this. Trust me Craig you aren't going to get them to change their mind. I just do like when my kids were little. Smile and say Ok if that is what you think.Well it's true that "the plural of anecdote is not evidence" but at some point a normal person might say geez that's a lot of anecdotes, maybe I'm wrong here 🙂
