What Are the Best-Paying Degrees in Argentina?

Hey everyone, I’ve noticed that “hard” degrees like engineering, tech, and stuff like that are really booming here, and the salaries? They’re surprisingly high, like millions in pesos! Seems like the job market is desperate for these kinds of professionals because everything is changing fast and they need people who can keep up.

Do you know anyone studying or working in these fields? What’s the salary and demand like where they are?

I have a friend working in the tech department at Mercado Libre, and honestly, the salary and work conditions are amazing. Of course, Mercado Libre is on another level compared to most companies here, it’s like the dream job for locals. Everyone I know who’s in tech wants to land a spot there because they pay well, have good benefits, and really invest in their people. It’s not easy to get in, but if you do, it’s a game changer.

Mercado Libre sounds like it would be an amazing place to work. I heard it's like the Amazon.com of South America.

For a company to really work and have happy, motivated employees, you need good LEADERS. Anyone can be a boss, but real leaders are rare. Honestly, a lot of companies should take notes from Galperin, his mindset is all about making sure employees feel valued and happy, so work becomes something enjoyable and being part of the team feels like a real pride. The leaders in each area are picked carefully to make sure they truly represent the company’s values. That’s the kind of leadership that makes a difference.
