It's always about the money. I read yesterday that Venezuela was also selling some of its gold to the USA too. This is so obvious what this was about.

One thing is for sure, the passport bros will be lined up to fly to Caracas and all points between to make it the "new Medellin". The economy will be turned around in no time.

It would be an amazing thing to see Cuba finally go down after all of these years. Cuba has been in a perpetual black out. Imagine how easy it would be to take over the entire Country. Would be funny if Cuba eventually became a territory of the USA.

You and your brother are always trying to get one up on me. What floor did you guys buy in Palermo? I hope I'm on top of you! I bought a 2 bedroom unit on the 9th floor. Don't tell me you're above me!

I was joking with Mike to make a trip to Venezuela to go look at real estate once things settle down there. I just bought a new apartment in Guadalajara a few weeks ago. Dealing with furnishing that now in time for the World Cup in Mexico.

They say it will be done around January 2028. My other one was just a few months late. I'm told these seldom finish on time but I was happy with mine. They had a big BBQ so I will go down for that once it's done.
