Travel Insurance for Visitors – Any Tips?

Has anyone here ever gotten travel insurance for visitors?
I just started looking into it and would love some advice or recommendations. So far, I’ve checked out Assist Card and Asegura Tu Viaje, but both require a quote request.
I noticed some insurers have restrictions based on your country of residence. For example, Travel Nomads doesn’t cover people from Venezuela.
Is this another OFAC-related issue? It's already a pain when searching for flights, and now it’s affecting insurance too 😅

Any experiences or suggestions would be super helpful!

Yeah, I used Assist Card for my parents when they visited. It worked fine, but the process was a bit slow. Definitely compare a few options before buying.
