But why? It sounds like you're probably spreading out the payments? A payment plan sort of thing?

Wait your child only had 3 days of school in February but you have to pay tuition for the entire month? Is this normal in Argentina?

GJ Junior's school does it every year, I suspect it is fairly normal but I am not sure.
The only month we don't pay is January.

Sounds like they just take the total tuition and divide it over a certain number of months. Did the same thing in the USA with my kids when paying private school bills.
