According to the latest real estate market data from a private report, the city of Córdoba is one of the cheapest places to buy a property in the country's main urban centers . For example, in the capital, the average apartment price is US$1,371/m². It's worth noting that the average price in this city is 45% lower than that of Buenos Aires, which has a purchase price of US$2,452/m² , according to the real estate platform Zonaprop.
The second is Rosario , in Santa Fe, where the average apartment price rose 1.3% in August to US$1,755/m² . So far this year, it has accumulated an increase of 11.5%. On average, a one-bedroom apartment of about 50 m² costs about US$87,000, and a two-bedroom apartment of 70 m² reaches US$135,000.
