According to the latest real estate market data collected by Zonaprop in the country's main urban centers, the city of Córdoba is one of the cheapest places to buy a property . For example, in the capital, the average price of an apartment is US$1,329/m². It's worth noting that the average price in this city is 44% lower than that of Buenos Aires , which has a purchase price of US$2,370/m².



The second is Rosario , in Santa Fe, where the average apartment price rose 1.9% in March to US$1,648/m² . Meanwhile, during the first quarter of this year, it has accumulated an increase of 4.7%. On average, a one-bedroom apartment of about 50 m² costs about US$83,000, and a three-bedroom apartment of 70 m² reaches US$125,000.

CABA tops the sales ranking , with the average apartment value rising 0.4% in May. The average price is US$2,416/m² , reflecting a cumulative increase of 3.9% through 2025. Puerto Madero is the neighborhood with the highest price, with US$6,902/m² for new apartments and US$5,834/m² for used ones.

Where to rent at the best price​

When it comes to rent, the cheapest city to rent an apartment is Rosario , where, on average, a one-bedroom apartment costs around $375,052 per month . According to the Zonaprop report, Puerto Norte is the neighborhood with the most expensive rental prices for this type of apartment, at $482,348 per month, compared to the Larrea and Empalme Graneros areas, which are the cheapest at $294,124 per month.



Meanwhile, in the city of Córdoba , the average rental price for a one-bedroom apartment is $445,796 per month. It's worth noting that rental prices in Córdoba are 24% lower than those in Buenos Aires, which, for this type of apartment, reach $586,791 per month. Las Rosas is the most expensive neighborhood in Córdoba to rent in the city, and San Martín is the most affordable.
