The tango school is nice to go with your partner and it is a unique and unforgettable experience! Very nice activities NadiaMote, I did most of them and I would recommend them all! In NadiaMote's list there are activities that can be both family and individual.

This is great. I second many of these suggestions. I agree that Soho can be touristy but they do have some nice stores for purses and shoes.

Tango is not easy but it's fun to try and even more fun to try after a few glasses of wine! I'm a terrible tango dancer but many girlfriends want to try when they come in town.

MALBA is incredible and definitely a must visit.

Teatro Colon can NOT be missed. Even if you're not an opera fan you have to watch one and you will be blown away. Thanks so much for sharing. I love how tourists are finding their way to this forum too and not just expats.

I will keep these places in mind the next time I go to Argentina. They look very entertaining and can be done with my partner!
