With 9,492 Tittle deeds carried out in August in the Province of Buenos Aires, the month becomes the best August since 2019 and very close to the performance of 2018.
The month of August is surprising with the amount reported by the PBA College of Notaries, being the best August since the same month of 2018 in which only 119 more deeds had been carried out (9,611 acts).

The series average for the first 8 months of the year is 63,409 tittle deeds, with the current year being 54,141, so we are still 14.6% below the historical average, but in the best levels of the last 5 years.It must also be taken into account that these numbers do not include “ticket transfers”, something very common in the province, especially in suburban segment markets (countries and gated communities).
