Apartment rental prices in CABA increased by 1.3% in March, the lowest monthly increase since October 2021, after the increase of 18.6%, 21% and 2.9% in December, January and February respectively, according to ZonaProp.
Rents in March increased 1.3% compared to the previous month
Rents in the city of Buenos Aires continue to increase and it is characterized by being the area of the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area (AMBA) with the greatest search for studio apartments to rent. For its part, regarding the year-on-year increase, the neighborhoods that showed the greatest increase in the last 12 months are Paternal and Mataderos , with 324.6% and 318.4% respectively.
While on the opposite side , there are Chacarita, Parque Avellaneda and Villa Ortuzar . In this case, rents grew 224.9%, 209.9% and 209.3% respectively.
