According to BA Times, Full-Time Remote (Local): About 5% to 8% of the Argentine workforce is fully remote within the local labor market.

I think s/he probably meant expats. Most of my expat friends that were digital nomads left BA for lower cost of living places. A bunch in Vietnam and Thailand now.
