Recommendations for an English speaking accountant for expat in Argentina?

I just purchased an apartment in Buenos Aires and I am looking for an accountant that can help me file my annual property taxes. The realtor I used recommended his but they don't have any experience in foreigners. I'm not sure if the laws are different plus he doesn't speak English fluently. I'd appreciate any recommendations.

I have been very happy with Ana Lucius. I have worked with her since 2011. She speaks perfect English and knows the laws well for foreigners.

A friend just got her DNI and is looking for an accountant to help with her monotributo. She doesn't necessarily need English as her Spanish is excellent. She wants to try to build up credit so going that route. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Dr. Martin Schabas is more than capable. Very reasonable fees too. He helped set up a friend's monotributo.
