Problems with signing up for events here in Argentina

I must say it's been a little frustrating trying to sign up or purchase event tickets here. Seems like their websites always have some issue when entering info - from incorrect format for phone number, not taking CVV for credit card, or something else. When I was in the US I tried to plan some events for when I arrived and chalked it up to being geo-blocked when there were issues. But now that I'm here the same issues continue. I'm sure those w DNI, local number, etc have it easier.

Having said that I did find a solution to my latest attempt: doing so in incognito window. Same information, same format; finally went through. So anyone running into similar issues may want to try the same.

Or anyone else have similar issues or other solutions?
 
Whenever you get a problem on a website, it's always a good idea to try it in Incognito mode (Chrome browser) or InPrivate window (Edge browser). That is because Incognito and InPrivate modes can avoid issues caused by the website using older cached code (i.e. javascripts) and/or cookie settings that might conflict with the current pages you are viewing on the website. By design, Incognito and InPrivate modes starts with a blank slate each time, so it ensures the latest pages and linked scripts are reloaded, and new cookies are created. All of that are deleted when you close the browser.
 
Yes this is the same problem I was having. Safari never worked for me. I used Chrome in incognito mode exactly like you said. I also had to clear my cache and it finally worked. A few times I had to ask an amiga to purchase for me and I just gave her the cash. I dont' think locals have this issue.
