Where?

Various points in the City

Mark your calendar for Saturday, November 8th and come to Buenos Aires to enjoy the 21st edition of the city's most important cultural night: La Noche de los Museos (Night of the Museums).
Organized by the Ministry of Culture, through the General Directorate of Festivals and Cultural Nights and the General Directorate of Museums, Heritage and Historic Center, it invites you to discover and explore the cultural richness offered by the City of Buenos Aires.

From 7 pm to 2 am, there will be free admission to more than 300 museums and sociocultural spaces throughout the various neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. You'll find a special program that includes exhibitions, displays, workshops, art installations, exploration spaces, live DJs, musical performances, serenades, magic shows, guided tours—including theatrical ones—screenings, immersive experiences, and projection mapping.

Buenos Aires will thus be transformed into a great cultural stage where each space will invite people to share experiences.

The opening

The official opening of this edition will take place at 7:00 p.m. at the Recoleta Cultural Center (Junín 1930), with the unveiling of "The Leaning Tower of Pisa Made of Noodles," the new work by Marta Minujín. The artist will present her installation on the Recoleta's terrace, where the public can explore it and participate in a collective activity involving the distribution of the noodle packages that make up the artwork. The installation, conceived specifically for Museum Night, is expected to be one of the most anticipated moments of the evening.
This year, there's also a very special addition: the recently renovated House of Culture (Av. de Mayo 575) will open its doors as a new cultural space in the city. It will be the perfect opportunity to visit and enjoy a program specially designed for this Night of the Museums.
