During March, Banco Ciudad and the State Property Administration Agency (AABE) will hold a new round of public auctions located in different neighborhoods of the city of Buenos Aires and in the provinces of the country.
City Bank Auctions
The starting bids for properties without heirs, to be auctioned in March, range from US$19,409 to US$591,000, depending on the location and characteristics of each lot . To participate, interested parties must register at least 48 business hours before the auction through the Banco Ciudad auction platform and transfer the required deposit, which varies depending on the specific circumstances. How to participate in Banco Ciudad auctions?
Those interested in participating in any of this month's auctions must register beforehand on the Banco Ciudad platform . While the price of the properties being auctioned is expressed in dollars, payments must be made in pesos according to the BCRA exchange rate.The procedure is as follows:
- Register on the Banco Ciudad portal and establish an electronic address (an email address).
- Establish a bid guarantee equivalent to 10% of the base value established for each lot, up to 48 business hours prior to the date of the Auction.
- Be of legal age.
- Please note that if you are awarded the contract, you will have to pay 21% VAT on the sales commission.
State Property Administration Agency (AABE) Auctions
Cordova

How to participate in AABE auctions
To participate in public auctions organized by the State Property Administration Agency (AABE), the following steps must be taken:- Register as a bidder on the Compr.Ar portal, in the public auctions module. There you will obtain a username and password to participate.
- Download the document with the conditions and characteristics of each property, available on the Compr.Ar portal and on the AABE website.
- Please submit inquiries only through the system and within the established timeframe. Clarifying circulars may be published up to one day before the registration deadline.
- To schedule a visit to the property, please email: visitassubastas@bienesdelestado.gob.ar.
- Register for the specific auction, fulfilling the requirements detailed in the tender documents . Each auction has a registration closing date and time.
