Medical Is it easy to set up medical test and appointment and pay as a tourist?

I lived here many years ago as a perma-tourist but left and now back. I never had private healthcare insurance here. Before coming last week my doctor in the USA wanted me to get some tests to check for diabetes and my cholesterol. I am going to be here a few months. How easy can I arrange this here? Any places you can recommend? I assume it's cheap here.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I used Care There (Dr Stanicki) last time and it was super easy. they arranged everything for me and sent a nurse from a lab to my apartment (I think the lab was called Salud y Vos). no insurance and the price was cheap, around 100 usd the whole thing. the doctor is recommended a lot in the digital nomad / expat community, which is how I found her. I booked directly through her website https://www.carethere.health/

It is great to hear so many people having good experiences with Care There. Dr. Stanicki is recommended all the time now in the expat community. Awesome.
