Great to see you are accepting crypto. When you say electricity is available "across the street" does that guarantee access to the property without jumping through tons of hurdles?
 
What is that no construction zone? It means they can never build there? They say that in the US too UNTIL a greedy developer buys off politicians and then it suddenly gets developed.

they already made it protected nature zone, so no building yeah, that part is also lower than the E-53 route so its a hazard to build there, wouldnt be surprised some greedy developer wants to do it anyway but its beyond just wanting to protect nature this time.

i can get you updated numbers, dont think the ones they gave me years ago would hold up still, but if you want it cheap and fast building the structure with containers is pretty popular here in las sierras. the design itself leverages the view and space for the lot.
