In the interior of the country, rents for 2- and 3-room apartments increased by over 257% year-on-year on average. Data for each typology and in 11 locations.
The two-room units offered increased by 257% year-on-year in the main locations in the interior of the country surveyed quarterly by RI, while three-room units increased by 264% year-on-year on average in the same locations. The quarterly increases now exceed 65%, being the highest quarterly percentage since the series began.
