Some businesses in the area
Although land availability is limited in Puerto Madero, the Buenos Aires neighborhood is finding ways to continue expanding its offering of modern and luxurious developments. In this context, projects are emerging that replicate a trend established in cities like New York after the pandemic: the conversion of corporate buildings into residential units. One of the cases is Be Boulevard, located at Azucena Villaflor 400 in dike 2 of the city's youngest neighborhood, facing a boulevard and steps from the water, where the Mercedes Benz corporate building operated until a little over a year and a half ago .

Offices for professional use are planned for floors one through eight.

In the same neighborhood is Única, a project spearheaded by Marcos Brito, one of the six children of the late banker Jorge Brito, and designed by the renowned Italian firm Pininfarina, famous for its work on automobiles and high-speed trains.
