Is this a one and done meaning you can just show them a bank statement at the beginning or do you have to send it each time you are sending payment? That seems like a pain. Some of these apartments I'm seeing monthly quotes of 30 payments. Do you have to go through this each month???

Many shady builders probably won't care. The big ones need to do everything by the book. They are also the ones you won't have any problems with.

You have to show it each time but it's every six months in our case, and in any case it's just a bank statement

Most of the big developers if they allow it will allow you to pay every quarter instead of every month as that is too much of a pain. We bought into a few pozos and just sent in quarterly. A simple bank statement showing the funds are there but it has to match your name.
