Although traditionally people avoided them and they were synonymous with chaos, as places associated with the noise generated by traffic and the movement of large crowds, today they are regaining interest for other reasons. We are referring to avenues, wide, fast-moving roads that offer significant benefits for those living in large urban centers , ranging from lower housing costs to greater security.
In a context where mortgage lending has been on the rise in the country for a year, demand for real estate purchases is growing.
In this scenario, many are analyzing what type of property to buy and wondering if an apartment on a street is a good option. Real estate market experts explain that while noise could be a limitation, as they tend to have more traffic than an internal or residential street, thanks to more modern window frames and double glazing, sound insulation is achieved that minimizes this disadvantage.
