Cool. Thanks. 14 years is a long time. I will check out your guide once I am sure I will stay here. I'm on the fence if I should move here or not. Prices here are fairly expensive. Rentals still seem like a good deal. What medical provider are you using? How much are you paying? OSDE seems like it is one of the top ones.
