No one knows if the USA will supply more. They have a lot on their plate now but probably if Argentina had severe issues they might. But the CEPO is still in place for corporations. You can read more about it here:

Can't see them lifting them anytime this year. I could be wrong. But cash is needed and not sure they will allow it.
