Agree change will take forever if at all. There is just a vicious cycle of tax evasion everywhere.

Because ARCA knows businesses are going to lie about their final profits, they’ve started taxing the very beginning of the production cycle just to make sure they get something upfront.

The black market labor situation is a perfect example of how obvious this is. It shouldn’t be hard for an inspector to walk into a store, count the people working, and check that against the official payroll records. It's one of the easiest forms of tax evasion to spot, yet it’s allowed to happen.

Then, the government uses this as an excuse for why everything else is failing. They tell us the minimum pension is embarrassingly low because people aren't paying into the system, and they use it to justify taxing every single transaction on your digital wallet. They’re basically punishing the people who are actually using the system because they can’t—or won’t—fix the blatant cheating happening right in front of them.
