Dealing with that site can be frustrating. Glad I have not had to for years. The resident experts on this site are @Darksider415 and another poster that I haven't seen post in a while.
There can be a delay in processing. There was a bank holidays a few days ago which might slow process. My friend had this happen before after a holiday and they told him it takes their system a few extra days to update the confirmation of payment from the Migraciones website.Hi guys
I am trying to finish my application for residency renewal but i get this message for the past 5 days now. Has anyone encountered this before or know why it wont let me pass? I have the certificate and paid over 96 hours ago (inc weekend).
Thanks
Probably the bank holiday. Remember that Micgraciones and Reincidencia are two totally separate systems. Even if Reincidencia processed your payment and issued the certificate, Migraciones might not have received the confirmation link, especially after a bank holiday. There can be a delay in processing. I dont have that yet as its the first set of docs to finalize my applicationNot sure if they still have it but at one time you could do a consulta de Tramite by entering your ID # and boleta # on this website to see your certificate status.

thanks I will certainly do this if by tomorrow/Friday I encounter the same issue@Jakoval has also posted great information in the past.
@Milton try emailing them if it takes much longer and you don't hear. You can include your boleta number, passport and/or DNI, proof of payment and mention that it has already been x days.

Doh. Half the time on these express options in Argentina I think it's going into someone's pocket and it's never express anyway. Express and Argentina don't go hand in hand. Everything is painfully slow here.Ah I didnt realise that Monday was a bank holiday. I will attempt to do it tomorrow as that will be over the time including that bank holiday and weekend.
I paid 8000 thinking the express one hour option would be the best 😭
Their system is terrible. You should be fine on timing but remember that NOTHING gets done in Argentina government related from Christmas week to mid January. A total clusterfck.Yeah so tried again today which is well over the 72 hours including Bank holiday monday and weekend and still get the same message when trying to finalize.
Seems like their systems aren't the most reliable but does anyone know if as long as I started my application I should be ok time wise, my Visa ends mid January and at this rate I'm less confident that things will be accepted and processed by then considering there are more steps after this.
I am not sure if there is Radex support. Did you try emailing? Are you doing this yourself? Not using an immigration lawyer? Plus side is you save some money but downside is could be in limbo a while.Looks like same message appearing today which is well beyond the time given in the message. Will have to try and escalate this, there is no radex support right? Cant seem to see any on the website.
I decided to do it alone as the website even suggested its fairly simple and there is no need to hire anyone. hopefully not a mistake by me!I am not sure if there is Radex support. I have permanent residency for many years but I just hired an attorney when I did mine. I almost did the renewals myself because I got charged almost the same amount for the renewal as when they first got it! But I didn't have the patience to deal with migraciones. It sounds like the government websites and dealing with them are just as terrible as when I went through it. Good luck Milton!I decided to do it alone as the website even suggested its fairly simple and there is no need to hire anyone. hopefully not a mistake by me!
If this isnt fixed by monday ill take a trip to migraciones and ask directly there, hoenstly government websites and processes are unexplainably terrible beyond belief
I was surprised that some change the same. I always assumed it was much easier on renewal but someone told me it's the same amount of work but that is difficult to believe. Half the time I think they are just paying a bribe to someone at Migraciones to push the paperwork through. Radex has actually improved over the years. Just make sure to turn off VPN if you're using one as it causes problems on it for me.
