Buying a mattress

Each high-end rental promotes a mattress from the Four Seasons Presidential Suite, leaving me curious about where people acquire them and at what expense. I've tested La Cardeuse, but it didn't leave a lasting impression, and Simmons, while offering quality, seemed a bit overpriced. Has anyone had any experiences purchasing mattresses in this region?

Simmons here is made in Argentina. Yes, it's expensive junk.

If you like firm mattresses, consider an all-foam model. It's half the price or less.

I own a Simmons Pillow top mattress that is super comfortable. It's what many of the higher end hotels here use or buy from. It was expensive at around 5,000 pesos but I've had it several years and really comfortable.
