Black people in Argentina

This is wild. I did not know that is a law in Brazil. Not that I would ever do that but crazy they would take her passport and put an ankle bracelet on her.

A lawyer should know better than to do something like this. Unfortunately many Argentines have this mentality with black people. I have witnessed it many times with the way they act or think. There is a lot of racism in Argentina.

Always assume there are cameras everywhere recording everything. This is the new normal.

My Argentine friends joke all the time. I don't think they are necessarily "racist" per se but have the attitude that they are different and from Europe and almost don't consider themselves from South America even though they are.

It is across party lines forever. I remember Alberto Fernandez got flack when he said Brazilians are from the jungle and Argentines are from Europe. That sums up the attitude of a lot of Argentines.

When you travel to foreign countries you have to be more careful than ever and respect the people in that country. This girl FAFO.

It is interesting to see the differences in Latin America with the theme of race. I just saw online an Argentine citizen that was in Rio that got her passport taken for making an ape gesture to some local black citizen. Surprising that that isn't allowed in Brazil. Who knew?

Turns out this girl was right they were bothering her and acting like apes. Act like a monkey and you will get treated like one.
