ATM - highest withdraw limit

usa dollar is king. i always bring 5000 usa and use my credit cards sparingly. thats for a month. i pay some property taxes in
jan for the year and any defience in rent and acual expenses

That is tough if you are already here. I don't like to carry so much cash around. If you go over to Uruguay you can withdraw from ATM's. I don't think things are improving here much if you can't withdraw much cash. You'd think the banks would want people withdrawing cash spending money. When you see this atm limit increased you probably know the banking system is improving here
