Argentine Cabinet Chief Francos resigns – Adorni takes over

Something tells me that things aren't going to end up too well for that realtor. That article says the realtor is going to get raided. All of these realtors are a joke in BA based on my ordeal buying. And this business of declaring fake prices. Maybe that will come to an end. I had to walk away from my first purchase because they wanted to declare 40% of the true value!
The realtor had all their offices raided today. Doubt they will find any paperwork. When you buy a property and use phony prices they make you destroy all the evidence. When I bought my apartment I had to use a lower price. The down payment had the real price on it but I had to bring it to the closing and the escribano destroyed both copies.

Seriously how does anyone take Argentina seriously? The evidence is clear. The guy is really trying to claim buying a $340,000 USD apartment with only $20k cash down payment and financed $200k in 12 months. The guy doesn't make much money at all and either does his wife. How was he going to pay it back besides grift? And it looks like he did that a few times.

He should have just quit knowing all of this evidence would come out. I don't get it.

They don't!

Why did Adorni feel the need to buy all of these properties now? I don't understand. It seems like terrible timing. Why need so many properties now? Especially if he can't justify the income.

Is it true you can't spend money if you can't account for how you made it? I see daily they are critiquing him for trips in First class that don't even cost that much money. Those don't seem like a big deal but I guess the idea is he didn't declare he made much money?

Just stupid but probably keeping up with the Jones type of thing. Also many politicians need to have real estate so they can say they rented them out and made more income to excuse their spending. In Argentina you can't buy stuff unless you claimed you made enough on your taxes. If you say on your IRS return that you only made $35,000 dollars per year then you can't go out and buy a $3 million place. They will ask where you get the money.

They track everything. Why do you think they ask for your ID # at the grocery store.
