Argentina's industrial output, construction plunge amid recession

Things are going horrible in Argentina. Many unemployed and more to be fired. Just horrible. Look at the #s.

Yes Larry it is very shocking how many people are losing their jobs. I know many people that have lost their jobs already or have been told they will be laid off soon. Milei's policies will make it easier for employers to get rid of workers. It will be a very bad thing.

Look at the job losses just from October to April. 120,000. And October to now is over 250,000 jobs.

@Avocado where does your 250,000 figure come from? This article says about 144,000 private sector jobs were lost in the past 8 months.

Sounds like things aren't as rosy as some say they are in Argentina.

It is very sad to see the country continuing to struggle so much and prices go higher. My fiancé's family is all in BA and they say it is getting worse.
