Argentina is not expensive in US$, is expensive in TAXES.

if you're serious, consult @earlyretirement on his website BuySellBA. i think i spent $300 in an hour consult? i forget the price; hell i would have paid 500. he's a genuinely good dude, and his knowledge is probably the #1 in Argentina. but you are FAR FROM missing the bottom....if it's a good investment at 120k USD for an apartment, then those fundamentals don't change if it now costs 140k USD, right? i could see if the price DOUBLED, you might think it's too late. but overall Argentina is still annoying for 95% of humans, so you would still be early.
Thanks @StatusNomadicus for the kind words. I appreciate it. Totally agree about the bottom. There is still a LOT of upside potential. I kept telling everyone that you would have to be stupid not to have purchased in 2023. I'm glad I jumped in myself and many investors. In fact, my investors are all getting offers to buy their places from 2023. Today another just got another offer. My places that I purchased are all renting well and I'm still buying up as many as I can get. In fact, I am going to sell a few properties I own in Mexico and buy more in Buenos Aires.

Everything I forecasted in 2023 has come true. We are still far down from peak levels. Prices keep going up each month.
