Anyone else having issues with Personal Internet? Mine in Villa Crespo has been down 3 days now

Man how annoying. I usually don't have problems with my internet unless there is a power outage which makes the routers wonky. But electricity is working fine and I have had no internet for 3 days now. The Personal support page says it is a "zone issue". When I call they said they are upgrading some cables in the area. They said yesterday it should be solved today but today they say they aren't seeing any issues in the area. Help!

What can I do as I need to work and it's never gone this long.

That happens to me when the power goes down. Sometimes in the middle of the night when I'm sleeping and the electricity goes out it throws it off and I have to reset my modem. I'm assuming you already did that. A few times I went 2 or 3 days without service. Do you also use Personal for your phone? Ask if they will give you some extra usage so you can use your phone as a hotspot.

This happens once in a while with Personal. I'm not sure why but it seems like when they are upgrading the fiber optic lines in some areas. The frustrating this is they usually don't give you much info.

Nothing you can do if it keeps happening to you expect sign up with another provider. Try I-Plan. That's who I use and they never go out.

My friend was complaining about his Personal wifi coverage and finally broke down and just bought a Starlink. He said it's perfect. Even when it is on his balcony he gets fast speeds. He travels around and just sent me this. He is down south in a hotel balcony and it was still fast.

I use Personal in my Airbnb in Palermo and it has been solid. I have the 1 GB speed and guests always tell me how great it is. It hasn't gone down once.

He has the Argentina plan. He is from Buenos Aires but he travels around Argentina for work and stays in a lot of hotels. He said the speeds blow away any hotel. He has the portable one and he puts it in his car and works from there too.

In that photo he said it's not ideal as he is all surrounded by buildings. He is getting 175 MB download speeds. He has holders that suction on the roof of his car. Works everywhere and he said it's cheaper than Personal!
