I just went to a great breakfast spot a few days ago called Cafe Crespin. On the expensive side but was good. You can see the menu here. They have some cakes to go. Expensive. It was my friend's birthday and she likes key lime pie. I bought one and it was shocking to pay $40 USD for a pie. That's more than I pay in the USA.

I just took a look at the menu. Those are expensive prices! I'd pay the same prices in Seattle for that!

There is a place in Belgrano that has decent American style breakfast. It's called Nicky Cheese.
