Travel Activities to do during a rainy day in Buenos Aires?

Hey everyone!

I’m visiting Buenos Aires soon and I´m a little bit worried about the weather.

Any suggestions for fun or interesting things to do on a rainy day in the city? Museums, cafes, unique experiences, live music, I’m open to anything! Would love to hear what locals or fellow travelers recommend when it pours in BA.

Definitely check out El Ateneo Grand Splendid, it’s one of the most beautiful bookstores in the world and a great place to escape the rain with a coffee and a good book. Also, MALBA or the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes are great museum options if you're into art.

Rainy days are perfect for hitting the cafes in Palermo or San Telmo. Try Cafe Tortoni, it’s iconic and full of history. Also, if you’re up for something cultural, look into tango shows! Some offer daytime performances or even classes.

The weather may be gloomy, but BA has some amazing indoor plans. Try a wine tasting session or even an empanada cooking class, both are super fun and very Argentine. Some places still run activities even if it’s raining.
