I also get your newsletter. The only suggestion is you may want to put the news first. I deleted it this morning as I thought it was spam as I saw a photo of some realtor. I thought it was a spam email from some brokerage in BA. Probably a good idea to save that for the end as it comes across as spam.
Same thing happened to me! I just deleted it as I thought it was junk email.
Agree on having the ads at the bottom not the top.
I think at least part of the news or even advertisements between ads but agree with the others. If it's a realtor or other advertisement the first thing you see it's going to cause people to delete it without reading it. Same thing happened to me. I thought it was spam.
Smart move. It was tacky before. Ads are ok but seemed strange to see that as the first thing. Does you no good if people are deleting it without reading it.
Great change. I have to agree with the other. I actually know Max in today's newsletter and I also at first thought it was from his company but never signed up for any newsletter so I almost deleted it.
Smart. I am not signed up but if I got spammed with some realtor in the first part of a newsletter I would instantly delete too.

Got it. Thanks. I would imagine tough to make much money at it. Buenos Aires is a great place but very difficult to make money here. Always best to come to Argentina making money outside from a pension or rental income or savings.

Expats mostly don't have money in BA. I noticed most are of the budget variety pinching pennies. There was one poster on the old forum that claimed to flush her toilet with water saved from the shower/bathtub. I can't imagine a more miserable life if you can't afford water prices in Buenos Aires. Terrible.
Agree with this. I get your newsletter but deleted the last one as I mistakenly thought it was spam from a local realtor. Great change to put the news first.
