The changes experienced by the economy during 2024 significantly impacted the real estate market. The combination of high inflation in pesos and a stable dollar led to a considerable increase in construction costs , creating a context that has reshaped the types of real estate investment opportunities available.



"We're facing a new scenario of construction costs that are being transferred to the sales value. Throughout 2024, costs have evolved, and the new average real estate market price has changed," says Miguel Ludmer, director of Interwin .
