6 Reasons Argentina Will Dominate the CBI (Citizen By Investment) Market

It sounds like the Citizen By Investment Program is finally going to get started. It will be interesting to see what happens and how much interest there is. Argentina is a very decent passport to have.

Milei has hinted at leaving Mercosur which would make the passport significantly less valuable. The visa free access to so many countries is what makes the Argentine passport helpful.

I initially got excited because I would qualify with some of the apartments that I'm buying in Buenos Aires but I was told real estate alone probably wouldn't count towards this total. But I'm looking at a potential project for a hotel and they said a tourism related development WOULD count so I will see if that gets off the ground. It would be nice to get an Argentine passport.

Interesting. I was wondering about if real estate would count towards this. My sister is buying a property and if it goes well she will buy another one. She was asking me about this. It sounds like details still need to be worked out. I am going through the process soon to apply for Citizenship now because I don't plan to go back to the US to live. For a long time I felt like I didn't need to as the US passport is so strong but I'm going to start the process soon.

Great looking place crypto. I looked at a lot of properties in Soho and Hollywood. I think anywhere around Palermo is good. I wasn't sure how my apartment would rent as it's not in the hot spots of Soho or Hollywood but everyone told me they preferred the area. It's on the border of Recoleta where it meets Palermo.

I love this open floor plan. I just bought an apartment in Zapopan, Mexico that has pocket windows like this that completely open up with a great view. Getting ready to furnish it now and then make it an Airbnb.

That place looks nice but wow have the prices gone up! That's in Soho right? Only 115 sq. meters covered and $679,401? I didn't realize prices went up so much in that area.
That is nuts! But I guess the same thing in a trendy part of a major city anywhere would be much more than this. It sounds like many here use real estate as a store of value. Beats putting it under their mattress and risking it getting stolen. Even long term rentals seem to be getting about 5% go 6% here so that is probably a safe play for them.

It would be nice if they include buying an apartment or house like in other countries. Johnny can you share the details of that project you mentioned?
